The present article is the result of an investigation with a type of qualitative study, which had as aim characterize the social guidelines that bear young ten in mind university at the moment of his pairs choose and on having established some type of alliance. The above mentioned exploration had like, analytical dimensions, the alliances of pair, the choice of pair and the social guidelines. An approximation is realized to how the social guidelines influence the choice of pair, or how the young persons in the choice of pair bear some social guidelines in mind, and how they them combine with new guidelines, in the conjunction of the tradition and the change, which somehow allows them to be mobilized in the modernity, which is characterized by his fluency, flexibility and movement.
