This paper belongs to a research done about the human resources habits in some companies of the sub sector of the wearing industry in the municipalities of Pereira and Dosquebradas, covered from a complex perspective, it is, emphasizing the relations among thee great axes: technological behavior, human development and share capital, and entrepreneural networks. The complex topic is an interpretative reconstruction of the field work results. The research that supports this article contributes to the knowledge of the occupational trajectories and the innovator circuits in the wearing industry of the department of Risaralda, from two perspectives: the company and the worker, which was limited to the relations from the point of view of the human capital.
