Formulación de estrategias para el mejoramiento de actitudes y conocimientos de estudiantes de Administración de Medellín, frente a procesos de gestión de tecnología e innovación
This document exposes the results of a research whose main objective was to propose strategies for the improvement of the attitudes and knowledge of the students of Administration of Medellin, in front of the processes of management of technology and innovation, given its importance in the strengthening of the competitiveness and business productivity. This study was exploratory and descriptive; a semi-structured questionnaire was used, using a Likert scale; and semi-structured interviews, after validation. In the analysis of the results, qualitative methodologies and descriptive statistics were used, through the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. Likewise, it highlights the diversity of profiles of the researchers under the different methodologies (students, teachers, academic executives and businessmen), all of them agree in acknowledging their relevance, training in technology management and innovation, however, there is a significant gap between the instruction offered in Higher Education Institutions and the real needs of the business sector. The importance of these findings is considered for the deepening of research on technology management and innovation in academic training and the continuous improvement of curricula in higher education programs in this field
