O bullying e um ato de agressao eminente a outro sujeito que apresenta para o agressor: fragilidade fisica ou emocional. Para falar em bullying e preciso compreender seu significado, que geralmente esta atrelado a nao somente agressoes fisicas que demonstram lesoes corporais, mas a uma questao ainda quase que invisivel para muitos, pois trata-se da agressao verbal ou tambem conhecida como, Violencia Psicologica. O Psicologo diante desta perspectiva, atua como “olheiro”, “investigador” buscando os seguintes fatores: identificacao do agressor e da vitima, orientacao e encaminhando para clinicas psicologicas. A atual pesquisa baseou-se seus estudos em uma revisao bibliografica de renomados autores que tratem da perspectiva elucidada, buscando apontar a relevância deste estudo no cenario educacional e de que forma podem ser identificadas vitimas, agressores e papeis dos profissionais desta area estudantil. Os objetivos estipulados para esta investigacao pautaram-se de identificar como os pesquisadores e psicologos estao trabalhando diante desta demanda de agressao, assim como, descobrir onde o bullying encontra-se mais presente, tendo como foco principal o bullyng no ambiente escolar. Considera-se diante desta pesquisa que o bullying nao e o unico meio de agressao, com este ambiente tecnologico encontra-se o cyberbullying , derivante do bullying, atuando em redes sociais, podendo a vir denegrir qualquer imagem por meio da internet. Para futuras pesquisas, sugere-se realizar pesquisas com questionarios semiestruturados que abordem a tematica pertinente, ou seja, se os proprios alunos conseguem identificar estes perfis de agressao. A BIBLIOGRAPHIC REVIEW ABOUT BULLYING AND ITS CONSEQUENCES IN THE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT Abstract: Bullying is an act of imminent aggression against another subject that presents to the aggressor: physical or emotional fragility. To talk about bullying you need to understand its meaning, which is usually linked to not only physical aggression that demonstrates bodily injury, but a question that is still almost invisible to many, as it is verbal aggression or also known as Psychological Violence. In this perspective, the Psychologist acts as “scout”, “investigator” seeking the following factors: identification of the aggressor and the victim, orientation and referral to psychological clinics. The current research based its studies on a bibliographic review of renowned authors that deal with the elucidated perspective, seeking to point out the relevance of this study in the educational scenario and how victims, aggressors and roles of professionals in this student area can be identified. The objectives set for this investigation were to identify how researchers and psychologists are working in face of this demand for aggression, as well as to find out where bullying is most present, focusing mainly on bullying in the school environment. It is considered before this research that bullying is not the only means of aggression, with this technological environment is cyberbullying, derived from bullying, working in social networks, and may come to denigrate any image through the internet. For future research, it is suggested to conduct research with semi-structured questionnaires that address the relevant theme, ie whether the students themselves can identify these aggression profiles.
