The article presents the formulation of a proposal for document management, since the Florence Kindergarten has the need to standardize his archival processes that enable to control of documented information to provide a quality service and the fulfillment of the contractual obligations. Initially was a realized a diagnosis of the document management of the entity was made as a basis and starting point to determine the procedures that require formulation or modification. A model was identified, which was adjusted to the necessities of Kindergarten and the current normativity of the General file of the Nation and requirements for Documented Information of NTC ISO 9001: 20015. The organization of the documents in the Central archive of the Administrative Area of the Florence Kindergarten was determined according to the six components of the Instrument of Supervision for the Institutional Modality established Colombian Family Welfare Institute ICBF
