This article presents the most important findings of the third stage of the research project Strategy for improving the academic and student mobility level of the Business Administration program of the Minuto de Dios University Corporation (Colombia) Vicerrectoria Llanos (UNIMINUTO-VRLL). In which the Variables that affect the low participation of academic and student mobility in the program of Business Administration are identified. The research was developed with the support of the students of the Business Administration program, who, through the application of surveys and analysis, found that academic mobility is affected by aspects such as the diffusion of opportunities, language barriers and diverse socioeconomic difficulties and Cultural, which affect the student population and teacher. This research is presented as a contribution to the fulfillment of the goals of institutional accreditation and professional and personal development through internationalization in the UNIMINUTO-VRLL
