Taking into account the great technological advances that have been presented since the appearance of the computer and Internet, the evolution of the human being as soon as the search for information, communication and way of doing business arises this research in order to analyze the possibility of creating a virtual store of comfort products for a niche hitherto neglected such as cancer patients in Bogota. The influence of the internet on our daily life is undoubtedly a determining factor in many activities. E-commerce is one of them that has been growing in our country in various sectors. During the research we will describe the evolution of electronic commerce, study its macro and micro environment in Colombia and finally analyze the business model for the commercialization of comfort products for cancer patients in Bogota to give way to a new and innovative distribution channel for these products
