This research work is based on Understanding the communicative effect of the movement of the hands of the teacher in the classroom, in a group of students of Business Administration of UNICATOLICA. Initially part of the definition of communication and verbal and nonverbal components. Communication is a very broad concept encompassing various disciplines, including: psychology, sociology, linguistics. Communication is transversal and covers the educational component. In classrooms, teachers should know the elements of communication to facilitate learning processes, including hand movements. Sometimes they make strong, agitated movements that are unrelated to what is being said, a wrong message is given, not assertive. Through the semi-structured interview, it was possible to identify the movements of the hands performed by some teachers of the Business Administration Program of UNICATOLICA, and according to the results analyzed for the students, the movements of the hands of the teacher facilitate their learning process, that is to say The teacher through his movements can help students to understand a topic more clearly and to internalize a theory. It was also identified that teachers do not like strong, abrupt, exaggerated movements, on the contrary they like movements, soft, slow, they say that the movements of the hands of their teachers give them security.
