In-Visibles is a platform that seeks to generate networks and alliances in order to help the Venezuelan community in Bogota through activities to promote their well-being. This through the generation of a design thought that is created from business proposals applicable in different contexts. For the research process, it was necessary to carry out field work in which they immersed themselves with the Venezuelan community registered in Bogota, in order to inquire about the most critical needs they are currently facing. For this it was necessary to carry out observation and interview processes in the Terminal de Transportes de Bogota, because it is the point at which the largest number of Venezuelans enter the city every day. In addition, a process of documentation on the problem was carried out in different bibliographic sources. The project aims to generate four main activities: generate a community in solidarity with the cause; generate a strategy of volunteer process and unique donation; generate a platform that encourages the hiring of Venezuelan people in Bogota; and design a product or series of products that are created to monetize the project and develop activities with the community. The project seeks to generate a social, economic, technological and environmental impact in the community.
