The objective of this paper is to know how motivation motivates job satisfaction in the teaching staff of the Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University - Chincha Subsidiary. The type of correlational research was used, as a research design the non-experimental transectional and basic expost facto was used. It was taken as a sample for the convenience of 99 professors of the University subject of study. This project shows that the degree of job satisfaction is medium.
