This report presents the case of a 18-years old male with a giant complex odontoma in the maxilla molars area. Taking into account the unusual size of this lesion, the variability of these tumors about the anatomical location, the unclear aetiology, and the need for a risky surgical procedure with possible sequelae, a concise bibliographic review of this entity is performed. The imaging studies of the patient are shown, as well as the complete histopathological study carried out to reach this diagnosis.
