Currently, the teaching-learning processes are deeply mediated by a virtual environment, which has posed a challenge in terms of the change in didactics and the development of digital skills that are used. In this sense, the present research that aims to understand teachers' perceptions of didactics in the virtual environment takes on importance. Through mixed sources: live and documentary through the use of document review techniques, design and application of instruments (surveys), the teachers' perception of the didactic techniques used in the virtual environment was evaluated, the skills digital in relation to the use of instrumental tools, streamlining management and communication, and the type of digital content currently used. In this way, the analysis of the results expressed that the teachers' perception about the management of the virtual environment is carried out in a measure of support for the classroom, since the importance of these virtual strategies is not denoted and the techniques are valued passive didactics rather than active ones; faced with the competences, it was determined that the teachers themselves are in the process of training in terms of access to virtual tools, as well as recognizing communication in virtuality as a fundamental axis as it is fluid in teacher-student interaction, enabling the strengthening of the teaching-learning processes. Therefore, it is concluded that the teachers' perception of virtual environments and the teaching-learning process shows the importance that must exist in the foundation of praxis, aiming to build more dynamic and collaborative training processes.
