Diseño de un modelo de auditoría de información para validar la integridad en el proceso de digitalización documental desarrollado en el banco de Bogotá
The present degree work is limited to the parameters and guidelines of the exploratory deductive investigation method, which abides by precepts such as the General Archives Law 594 of 2000; initiatives of the MinTic, Zero Paper - 2011; Resolution 8934-2014, SIC; ISO standards; budget required by ICONTEC; approaches of relevant authors on diagnosis of information management; In addition to Banco de Bogota's interest in reaching the most efficient and effective standards regarding document digitization. Justified in the need to design an information audit model that validates integrity in the document digitization process. Therefore, the obstacles that limit the optimal documentary exercise within the bank under study are identified, and on the other hand, the advantages of the digitization process are stated; a quantitative evaluation is carried out, with qualitative nuances, applied to the different activities that make up the digitization process. Besides, weighing the categories of errors noted and assessing the risks; the different cycles of documentary digitization are described; the proposed audit model is exposed, with its respective stages; Conclusions and recommendations are provided in the sense of promoting the strict application of national and international norms and guidelines, regardless of their mandatory nature, in order to fully validate the process under study within Banco Bogota, thus seeking to efficiently achieve the objectives and meet the goals that are inherent in financial activity.
