The research focuses on identifying the elements that make up the sensations for developing a project, based on two main aspects: Religious architecture in three Gothic-style moments, modern and contemporary times, identifying the elements in common, thus determining the fundamental characteristics that make up these sensations. The other fundamental aspect of the project is the analysis of the components that make up the theme of the wine ritual, which are: historical, sensitive and technical, the characteristics of each stage of this process allow an organized structure to be given to the sensations. This as a series of actions leads to the symbolic meaning that the project is intended to give. Bearing in mind that this research focuses on the formalization of sensations as order in architecture Likewise, an analysis is made of the elements that create the pieces that transmit the sensations. In the particular case of the project, light, texture, color, water and scale were taken into account. Initially, three solutions are proposed conformed by the elements identified in each of the moments, modern, contemporary and the union of the two, to finally propose the final proposal.
