Abstract:

Large businesses or organizations looking to maximize their objectives and, therefore, worry about setting standards when applying the training selected staff. What is desired is to have a good staff to use their skills and develop their qualities to the max so that they could potencialice their contribution to the main objectives of the company. With the completion of the following essay seeks: a) stress the importance of applying good coaching staff in organizations to improve the results desired and b) optimize the model training selected staff to work at the Centers for Movistar experience Cartagena.
