Objective: To describe health status of people with coronary disease who attend a cardiac rehabilitation program in an institution of Bogota and its relation to the degree of risk of non-adherence to pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments.Methodology: Descriptive correlational quantitative approach prospective cross-section study using the instrument called Instrumento que evalua los factores que influyen en la adherencia a tratamientos farmacologicos y no farmacologicos en pacientes con factores de riesgo cardiovascular. Furthermore a checklist of United Health, based on goals secondary prevention of the American Heart Association was used (1), whit results of studies Framingham and risk prediction model (2-5) in a sample of 260 adult patients in cardiac rehabilitation, during months September 2012 to April 2013.Results: The majority of subjects were men between 45 and 66 years old, all of them with some manifestation of coronary disease; numerical equality between groups was obtained. Although generally good grip levels are observed, analyzing each dimension was observed that dimension related to the provider had the highest risk of non-adherence. Through the index ratio Pearson was observed that there is no relationship between states health and risk of non-adherence to treatment, with r = 0,06961 index.
