The research project developed in the company Romar Ingenieria SAS, is based on the elaboration of a proposal of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System according to the specific requirements established in Decree 1072 of 2015 and Resolution 0312 from 2019. During the presentation of this document, the importance of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System will be explained, according to the economic activity carried out by Romar Ingenieria S.A.S. In the same way, an exposition of the problem based on several research resources is presented, including a descriptive investigation using the survey technique, the elaboration of a work table with all the participants of the organization and the diagnosis obtained in the initial evaluation. For the preparation of the proposal, the technical guide for the implementation of the SG-SST for MSMEs, and resolution 0312 of 2019, limited to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, taken as a guideline, are taken as a guideline for the elaboration of the policies in occupational health and safety, which are traceable with objectives and indicators of management in occupational safety and health, establish the attainable goals within the annual work plan. The Occupational Health and Safety (SST) policies and objectives are drafted agreements of management commitments, identifying the nature of the hazards, being clear, dated and signed. Parallel to the elaboration of the policies, the identification of the nature of the hazards was made, for which the flow chart of each of the production processes carried out by Romar Ingenieria SAS was created, it was carried out in the thermal insulation in tanks, furnaces and pipes, tools used to prepare the hazard identification matrix and risk assessment; which guided the preparation of the annual work plan and the improvement plan, baseline for the generation of the proposal of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGSST) according to Decree 1072 of 2015.
