The following text is intended to perform a narrative biblical analysis, which allows us to recognize and clarify the image of the biblical character of Mary Magdalene to finally present it from a theological perspective as a disciple among the disciples. To carry out this plan, it will be methodologically developed in three points. In the first place, the ill-told story of this woman will be broadly clarified; secondly, it will deepen what its real story is, to finally specify what makes it the first disciple. It is concluded that this biblical character is characterized as a disciple among the disciples, for being a primary witness of the resurrection of Jesus, highlighting his qualities of attentive listening and spiritual lover.
