This thesis is the product of the investigation of the Doctorate in Social Sciences, Childhood and Youth in an agreement between the CINDE Foundation and the University of Manizales. It is fundamentally dedicated to 813 young people murdered and disappeared in Colombia who, despite the multiple contexts of their deaths, do not cease to signify a perennial struggle to establish education as a universal right and to search for a more dignified country for life.
