Identificación de factores implicados en el uso del e-Commerce de estudiantes universitarios del proyecto SINERGIA de la ciudad de Medellín a partir de la articulación de Modelos de Adopción TAM y TPB
The present investigation has as a purpose proposing a theoretical framework, which let to examine the implicated factors in the technological acceptance of e-Commerce, among the university students which ages are between 18 and 24, of the SINERGIA project in Medellin. It is an investigation based in the articulation of the technological acceptance model and the planed behavior theory, which have been widely used to explain the technological acceptance behavior of the electronical service people. It was formulated a proposal of the theoretical model, with a descriptive exploration, through the recompilation of secondary data, applying a poll to 376 university students, it was validated from de confirmatory factorial analysis, allowing to identify the factors and predominant variables in the adoption of the e-Commerce by part of the university students from the SINERGIA project. The results show strong levels of association between the factors and the variables, so it is evidenced the relevance of TAM and TPB to explain the adoption conduct of the e-Commerce by part of the university students. As a conclusion, it is confirmed the attitude to the use has a positive effect in the use intention, as people consider the website is helpful and it gives confidence to the use intention, which will let realizing the transaction in a secure and easier way. The perceived usefulness predates the attitude to the use, creating the principal direct antecedent of the intention to use e-Commerce
