El resultado es un modelo que articula las funciones universitarias con los niveles estructurales de la organizacion, en funcion de la mision, respetando la diversidad y garantizando la unidad de una institucion multi-campus como es la Universidad Santo Tomas. Taking into account a participatory methodology and by using the technique of discussion groups, information was obtained from managers, teachers and students; it was given through analysis matrices. The result is a model that articulates the university functions with the structural levels of the organization, depending on the mission, respecting diversity and guaranteeing the unity of a multi-campus institution such as Santo Tomas University. The conclusion in the achievement of the unity and articulation of the university and the granting of the institutional accreditation.
