In this work, I investigated and showed what has been the development of Bahia Portete after the mass kill, through the voices of the victims. There s a report about the days before the mass kill, threats and the villagers searching for help. Four characters chronicles were written where they narrate several years struggle against smuggling, drug trafficking and violence that these crimes entailed and were strengthened with the arrival and subsequent settlement of the United Authorities of Colombia. The theoretical framework is based on the Colombian armed conflict, its history, its failed attempts to end it. Based on different researchers, the historical framework emphasizes the creation of paramilitary groups and their arrival and consolidation in the Colombian Caribbean coast.
