espanolLa trata de personas es un delito que ha generado un sinnumero de victimas afectadas por la mercantilizacion de sus cuerpos, su fuerza fisica o capacidad creativa. Valoradas desde una logica de ganancia, que obedece a la oferta y demanda en el contexto local, nacional y transnacional. Lo cual constituye una negacion de los derechos humanos y por ende una invisibilizacion de la dignidad humana. Este articulo presenta el estado del arte sobre investigaciones realizadas en el periodo 2005-2016 acerca de la asistencia y proteccion a victimas de trata de personas. Primero se acude a la metodologia heuristica y luego a la hermeneutica con el objetivo de describir y analizar los avances alrededor de esta problematica con relacion a las politicas publicas en Colombia. Las investigaciones halladas, en su gran mayoria, dan cuenta de la trata de personas con fines de explotacion sexual de mujeres. Los diversos autores han enfatizado en que la trata es una violencia basada en genero y por tanto afirman que este enfoque debe ser predominante en la politica publica; en consecuencia, en el diseno e implementacion de la misma no se han tenido en cuenta otras formas de explotacion como trabajos forzados. EnglishHuman trafficking is a crime that has generated a number of victims affected by their bodies commodification, their physical strength or creative ability. Valued from a profit logic, which is due to the supply and demand in the local, national and transnational context. For that reason, constitutes a denial of human rights and therefore becomes invisible to the human dignity. This article presents the state of the art on research carried out in the period 2005-2016 about the assistance and protection to victims of human trafficking. First, we go through the heuristic methodology and then to the hermeneutics in order to describe and analyze the progress around this problem in relation to public policies in Colombia. Researchers found, for the most part, give an account of human trafficking with the women sexual exploitation purposes. The various authors have emphasized that trafficking is a gender based violence and therefore claim that this approach should be predominant in public policy; consequently, in the design and implementation of the same there have not been considered other forms of exploitation such as forced labor.
