Este territorio, entendido como proteccion, articula el trabajo educativo y social permitiendo significativas transformaciones para alcanzar indicadores importantes de desarrollo social, y como espacio de aprendizaje desarrolla habilidades personales y sociales, forma en autonomia y participacion, todo ello a traves de los servicios educativos de calidad, sociales, deportivos, artisticos y culturales, derecho a la salud, a la alimentacion sana, para vivir mejor y en PAZ. EnglishToday, in the city of Buga, Valle del Cauca, in the effort to fulfill the need for a new education that will shape a new citizen and put the population of children and youth in equal conditions in educational services in the public sector, the educational citadel, as it emerges in Buga, shows its strength as a testing ground. The citadel not only serves a network of vital relationships, with and among others, but also the conservation and care of life. This testing ground, understood as a safe space, articulates the educational and social work, allowing significant transformations to achieve important indicators of social development. As a learning space, it develops personal and social skills, forms autonomy and participation, all through educational services that preserve quality, promote social interaction and sports, are both artistic and cultural, preserve the right to health, healthy eating, to live better and in PEACE.
