This project analyzes the actions of a public organization (Grupo de atencion Humanitaria al desmovilizado) and a private organization (Alianza Soluciones) in the processes of labour reintegration of demobilized people an those in the reintegration rout. The objective of this investigation was to analyze the different approach, not just of the organizations, but of the demobilized and reintegrated people as well, in the labour reintegration process, a problem that has been present in our country for several year since the demobilization of ex-combatants of organized illegal armed groups. With a qualitative methodology and the case study as the investigation method, a great amount of information was gathered from different sources to enable the analysis of the different reintegration rout dimensions to be taken into account in programs, projects and initiatives for the institutions and peace building. Lastly, this investigation exposes the role of communications as a needed tool in reintegration and reconciliation to create a peace culture
