The myth of constitutional stability Abstract In this article we want to outline the idea that legal science is best understood under the concept of instability. This will wish to raise sharp criticism of the unsustainable myth of legal stability. And changing the conception of law in favor of a more realistic and pragmatic conception according to the structural features of the current constitutionalism is prescribed.
