Bogota is the capital of the country and concentrates a large part of the economy, this is visible in the contribution to PIB. Much of this contribution comes from companies dedicated to the creative industry. At the same time, the industries have been located in different areas of the city, prioritizing the proximity to important roads and the peripheral areas of the city, leading to the transformation of some sectors by the agglomeration of low and medium impact industries called clusters. This has led to the emergence of new architectures or the adaptation of pre-existing buildings for the activities that arrive. Being entirely a transformation given by the private sector and aside from public investment for the proper functioning of the sector in accordance with the changes generated. Following this, there is a displacement of residential uses, equipment and educational, thus generating specialized sectors which lack a mixture of Proper uses for the good development of the city. that from this perspective the main clusters in the city are located in based on the most favorable economic activities and seeks to give better conditions urban, thus recovering the mix of uses and improving the quality of life for inhabitants and workers. On the other hand, there is a focus on the relationship between economic activities and complementary activities to these, being a link that must be strengthened, for the training, increasing and competitiveness of Colombian companies at the level international. Based on this, the Ricaurte sector is located as an economic centrality of the city which has specialized in activities related to the graphic industry (graphic industry and content cluster) having an important character within the framework national and international, in which a popular trade character has been maintained that It has worked in the development of the place. Based on this, the formation of a sector not only focused on economy production, but intellectual and supported by governmental and district entities, in which spaces are opened not only to the formation of companies and negotiation zones, but to offer a place that offers spaces for people meeting the needs of citizens at the level of public space and services.
