The Colombian Pacific as a region has been the scene of diverse dynamics historically. On the one hand, the processes of insertion in the Nation State have emerged in the centralist dynamics, and on the other, they have opted for a process of consolidation outwards, as a space for linking with international trade. The various projeets, readings and actors both legal and illegal that have made their presence there have conditioned their territorial dynamics. For the purposes of this text, it is proposed to address the following question: How, in Buenaventura, characterized in the last decade by the emergence of multiple violence, political action and social mobilization, are able to emerge and consolidate processes and initiatives of Cultural resistance of memory and articulated to community and organizational networks in the last decade, 2006- 2016?.
