The purpose of this monograph is to analyze the cultural and negotiating considerations of Peru, for this, a bibliographic review was carried out, where a total of 21 articles, thesis and other reliable documents that have been related were developed throughout the development of the monograph. studied on the subject taking up as google academic database. Based on this, it was concluded that Peruvians use different negotiation strategies with the purpose of always earning or obtaining most of the benefits, since they consider that if they do not obtain the interests they intend to achieve, said negotiation is not suitable for them.
