This article analyzes, qualitative and descriptively, contemporary organizational models from innovation. Human capital is highlighted as a fundamental concept, since it is the principal pivot of corporate development and given its connection to entrepreneurial innovation, based on representations that integrate human capital through intrapreneurship. Therefore, those models have become opportunities that could be exploited by economic organizations. This work shows the addition of entrepreneurial innovation models related to the workers as a principal pivot based on business ideas of the companies.
