Objective: This research article seeks to study the dynamics of the youth collective “Cosmogonia”, whose practices contribute to the dynamics of peace in the city of Medellin and resist the violent logics that permeate everyday relationships. Methodology: The methodology that was used, is qualitative, in the perspective of socio-constructionism and political ontological hermeneutics, positions that were framed within the approach of narrative studies. Finding: It stands out the organization of aesthetic repertoires, the implementation of art and the word as mediating strategies, the construction of a collective identity, self-management, the encounter with the other and the emotional experience that goes through the leadership process. Conclusion: It was considered important to problematize and describe the experience of the youth group “Cosmogony”, which through its management identified as a social bond and the critical vision of the city from the categories such as peace building, unarmed civil resistance and leadership.
