This paper talks about standardization and communication in the internal processes of a company. On the one hand, standardization can be understood as a series of processes that allow the development of strategies, techniques and tools that facilitate the elaboration of products and procedures that allow to ensure a better quality of them, as well as a better administration and use of resources . Communication, on the other hand, is a vital factor in the operation between different areas, since it allows to take into account valuable information of the different involved in the process, thus improving the yields in the area. To analyze the influence of both standardization and communication within a company, we have analyzed the case of Pharmetique LABS SA, a company that calls its areas business units, within which is New Business, a unit that requires of information from other areas, and that also generates content that must be distributed in other areas. Therefore, it is necessary to standardize processes, technical language and documents that facilitate communication between the different units. This document shows the method that allowed establishing an end product that aims to standardize and improve communication within the internal processes of this company. In addition, it establishes the guidelines for the use of a format and the recommendations for the continuous development of the activities.
