The interpretive problems more interesting of the second part of Ethics by Spinoza are mainly: 1. What is the object of an idea? And 2. What is truth and what is falsity? That is why, in the present paper we try to approach these questions through the stands that have recently developed the scholars around these issues, with the propose to show a general view of the current situation, as well to comment and stand up for the plausibility of their interpretations. To respond both questions it would be employed the same expositive scheme (estructured by 4 categories) in the two sections of the document: a) presentation of the problem; b) display of the posture of the authors; c) fundamental discrepancies between interpreters; d) Finally, the author's position on the issue will be showed.
