The present study aims to show the incidence of physical activity on Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), its suitability to counteract factors associated with the syndrome, such as weight, obesity, insulin resistance, hyperandrogenism and Antimullerian Hormone (AMH); taking into account predictors such as the Body Mass Index, fat percentage, hip waist ratio and maximum oxygen consumption, with pre and post interventions in women with this type of pathology. There will be a conceptualization and synthesis of some studies that have been carried out in this field to demonstrate, the benefits of body movement on this, based on the extensive evidence of the positive effects of exercise on diseases such as Cancer, Diabetes, Hypertension, among others and the little evidence on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS).
