Logistic systems within organizations are important to determine their efficiency in reception processes, storage, order preparation and dispatches, this allows us to establish the organization dynamics, these concepts will be investigated in depth for the theoretical and conceptual framework. For the development of a methodology for the design of warehouses under class-based allocation policies, which allows for greater efficiency in terms of time with follow-up in the performance of costs, productivity and quality in warehouse operations. The important stages in methodological development are to characterize, determine, execute with design and analyze, which require aspects such as Pareto's law with application in classes, warehouse design and indicators. Among the results is the adaptation is taken as a development of the methodology and application in the organization USP Spaces and Infrastructure, which contains unit collection picking processes for routes within the warehouse that results in the conceptual improvement of a new warehouse in decrease of time, costs and increase in quality and productivity. The impact obtained within the research process is the generation of various layout, decrease of obsolete inventories, picking planning with the operational capacity and the increase of productivity which leads to generate a greater number of orders in a certain selected time.
