RESUMEN Este art iculo presenta tres aplicaciones diferentes para interpretar pruebas de presion en pozos horizontales eliminando el uso de las curvas tipo excluyendo efectos de almacenamiento y dano. Esta metodologia, primero introducida por Tiab 1 en 1993, fue extendida jongkittinarukorn 2 para proporcionar una herramienta de pruebas de presion para (a) pozo horizontal en un yacimiento de dos capas con flujo cruzado, (b) pozo horizontal interceptando un yacimiento de dos capas, y c) Pozo horizontal ondulando en un yacimiento de dos capas. Palabras Clave: T ecnica TDS, flujo radial, flujo lineal, estado pseudoestable, pozo ondulante ABSTRACT This paper presents three cases of the so-called Direct Synthesis Technique developed to interpret pressure transient data without type-curve matching in horizontal wells excluding the effects of wellbore storage and skin. This technique, first introduced by Tiab 1 , is now appli ed by Jongkittinarukorn 2 to provide an pressure-transient interpretation tool for i) a horizontal well in a two-layer reservoir with cross flow, u) a horizontal well intersecting a two-layer reservoir, and iii) a snake-shape horizontal well in a two-layer reservoirs.
