The attention deficit hyperactivity disorder ADHD, is one of the most common problems in public health in children, and it´s also one of the most important causes of school failure and behavioral disorders. ADHD has a neurobiological basis that results in cognitive mechanism disorders like 12 attention, executive functions and motor inhibition impairment, which is why they must be evaluated from different biological, functional and psycho emotional standpoints, allowing an integral approach to the child with this disorder. According to the international classification of functioning, disability and health ICF, Salamanca LM generated a questionnaire to evaluate activity limitations and participation restrictions in children with ADHD in scholar level, CLARP TDAH by his Spanish acronym, the aim of this paper is to determine fathers´ and teachers´ CLARP´s TDAH´S psychometric property of reliability, in five Colombian cities; in order to that questionnaires were applied to parent and teachers of 203 children´s between six and twelve years old in Bogota, Bucaramanga, Cali, Cartagena And Popayan; the data obtained were statistically analyzed with Kappa index, to determinate the instrument´s reliability; we found a very good level of concordance in the 20 assessed items for the CLARP TDAH parents, with kappa value ranges between 0,639 and 0.857. With respect to teachers´ CLARP TDAH a very good level of concordance, with kappa value ranges between 0,721 and 0,879 (z 95% and p=0,000) was found. Thus we conclude that the CLARP TDAH questionnaire has a good level of reliability which allows reliable evaluation in activity limitations and participation restrictions in children with ADHD.
