The phenomenon of gangs in the municipality of Bucaramanga is a problem of current discussion in the local public agenda. However, there are few advanced government interventions and even less reliable data on the needs, potentials and demands of this population. Added to this, gangs have increased as urban social violence, generating stigmas and stereotypes that isolate and marginalize the work, educational, family, among others, these young people. Taking into account the above, this research seeks to generate learning about the youth of the Carramanes gang of the municipality of Bucaramanga through the systematization of the experience of their participation in the initiative Pazificandonos carried out in the commune 14 in 2014, that can provide inputs to improve the living conditions of this population through, among others, the initiative and / or future interventions in this population. For this, we turn to the applied research method of systematization of experience, in virtue of which we find as the main result the potentialization of the leadership of the group of young people that after discussions, analysis and agreements, found a group of proposals of the initiative.
