Debido a los avances tecnologicos, muchos de los edificios en Bogota han reducido las condiciones de confort, seguridad y salud de sus habitantes. Las consecuencias adversas para los para los habitantes en cuanto a salud y el bajo rendimiento en el trabajo, han motivado el presente estudio que pretende elaborar un diagnostico de estos edificios con base en visitas de campo y encuestas para compararlos con los estandares minimos de calidad. La edad de los edificios, su localizacion en la ciudad y orientacion respecto al sol y el viento, se han tenido en cuenta al momento de hacer la seleccion de los edificios a estudiar. El Objetivo principal de este estudio es determinar las principales variables que se deben considerar a la hora de expedir una licencia de construccion que se espera el gobierno local adopte. Many buildings in Bogota has been decreased the comfort, security and healthy conditions of its occupants due to amazing technological advances. The adverse consequences carried for its occupants related with health and low work performance, have motivated this study that pretends to develop observations and surveys to compare with a minimal quality standards. The age of the building, its location in the city and its orientation with respect to the sun and the win direction had been taken in account for the selection of the buildings samples. The main objective of this study is to determine the main variables to adopt for the construction license and present a proposal to the local government to agree on those standards when granting the construction license.
