In the history of management theory , since its inception in the industrial revolution , has outweighed the vision not only within the organization but in general, the human being as immersed in closed systems individualistic agent , however , the current time , scientific demand new ways of understanding aimed at a holistic view of human beings and their environment . Thus , in this paper the characteristics of complex thought that would establish a paradigm shift in organizational theory were identified , say by these characteristics: immersed in all human activity chaos , nonlinearity of systems , adaptability , balance and consequent transformer imbalance, and finally , the application of these concepts to human organizations , specifically business .
