espanolA traves de un interrogante planteado desde la practica docente y en referencia a como inciden las percepciones reales de los miembros de la comunidad educativa (directivos-docentes-padres) sobre la educacion inclusiva, la investigacion pretende ser guia para replantear las practicas en el aula teniendo en cuenta los conceptos de quienes intervienen en el proceso educativo; tomandose como referentes estudios sobre el origen y sentido de la educacion inclusiva, sus perspectivas como un Derecho Humano y diferentes politicas referidas al tema en el contexto latinoamericano, entendiendo los lineamientos juridicos contenidos entre otros en el Decreto 1421 de 2017, los cuales determinan orientaciones claras para las instituciones educativas al respecto. Los objetivos de la Investigacion pretenden comprender la incidencia de las percepciones de la comunidad educativa acerca de la educacion inclusiva, partiendo de la identificacion de dichas percepciones, caracterizandolas desde las diferentes posturas teoricas existentes y determinando practicas que se lleven realmente a cabo en la institucion. Para tal fin se plantea una investigacion de tipo cualitativo con diseno narrativo, de tipo hermeneutico-interpretativo, a traves de un muestreo intencionado para el cual se escogen 2 directivos, 5 docentes 5 padres de familia y 10 estudiantes, muestreo bola de nieve con saturacion teorica, utilizando tecnicas como la observacion participante, aplicacion de entrevistas semi-estructuradas disenadas por los investigadores y validadas por un grupo de expertos y un analisis documental sobre las posturas teoricas que permita determinar finalmente como inciden las percepciones de la comunidad educativa en las practicas educativas realizadas en la Institucion Educativa La Union del municipio de Sincelejo.
