This thesis answers the question: What are the researches that have been developed in terms of constructivism applied to the law? To solve this question, the objective is to carry out an investigation of the state of the art around the application of constructivism in the field of law. Therefore, it is felt that the legal constructivist theory has been studied by different researchers at a national and international level, that is how the need to create a state of the art that compiles the texts elaborated in this sense arises, for reglon followed to develop a critical hermeneutic approach that allows to have a closer idea of the subject studied. The methodology used for the development of the objectives was interpretative hermeneutics through the revision of texts, publications, essays, papers, articles of indexed journals and other texts of documentary analysis. By last; it was determined that critical contributions of constructivist approaches to the law are presented so that a broad and significant bibliographic reference can be established.
