espanolEl cuidar de si, se ha considerado como una parte fundamental del cuidado humano, los estudios hasta ahora realizados han permitido indagar desde un ejercicio hermeneutico, la vision ontologica en donde el cuidar de si representa conocerse, formarse y superarse asi mismo. Para construir el cuidar de si desde la perspectiva de los pacientes en dialisis peritoneal, se escogio el abordaje cualitativo para darle significado a algo que desde la experiencia humana posee una esencia. Bajo un enfoque fenomenologico, utilizando el metodo de Spiegelberg el cual ofrece un metodo sistematico para comprender mejor las distintas aproximaciones al estudio del cuidar de si. La seleccion de los informantes fueron personas con Enfermedad Renal Cronica en tratamiento renal sustitutivo de Dialisis Peritoneal, quienes libremente desde su subjetividad y perspectivas aportaron la informacion necesaria para la interpretacion que da de si mismos sobre el cuidado, previa obtencion del consentimiento informado. Los actores sociales entrevistados fueron seis pacientes que asistian a su consulta mensual en la clinica Renal. En la matriz de analisis de manera preliminar se ha podido develar que entre los atributos del cuidar de si estan: las acciones protectoras de salud. EnglishCaring for oneself has been considered as a fundamental part of human care, the studies carried out so far have allowed us to investigate, from a hermeneutical exercise, the ontological vision in which caring for oneself means knowing oneself, training oneself and surpassing oneself. To build care for oneself from the perspective of patients on peritoneal dialysis, the qualitative approach was chosen to give meaning to something that from the human experience has an essence. Under a phenomenological approach, using the Spiegelberg method which offers a systematic method to better understand the different approaches to the study of self-care. The informants were selected by people with Chronic Kidney Disease in renal replacement therapy of Peritoneal Dialysis, who freely from their subjectivity and perspectives provided the necessary information for self-interpretation of care, after obtaining informed consent. The social actors interviewed were 6 patients who attended their monthly consultation in the Renal clinic. In the matrix of analysis in a preliminary way it has been possible to reveal that among the attributes of taking care of if they are: the protective actions of health.
