Bibliometrics studies the quantitative aspects of production, Ddssemination and use of registered information; is used to evaluate scientific areas and Is a reliable and universal method for measuring the productivity of a sector so it is determined that bibliometric studies are increasingly required and used. Taking into account the above this project aims to provide a computational method that allows identifying and analyzing the references that are inside a document to be able to determine how many times each of the references was cited.
