espanolEste documento describe la adaptacion, validacion y aplicacion del Inventario de Estres Academico IEA dirigido a estudiantes de ingenieria que cursan fisica. El inventario inicial retomo dos categorias: la primera considero Actividades o Situaciones que Generan Estres ASGE, la segunda refiere las Respuestas al Estres RE. La adaptacion incorporo, a priori, una tercera categoria relacionada con Actividades de Origen Epistemologicas AOE, propias de la ensenanza de la fisica. La metodologia se apoyo en los indicadores de confiabilidad y utilizo el analisis exploratorio a traves del metodo de componentes principales. Los resultados mostraron un IEA con 28 items, con un global de 0,924, un para la categoria ASGE de 0,838, para RE de 0,908 y para AOE 0,777. Dicho analisis exploratorio senalo la existencia de seis variables (respuesta fisiologica al estres, condiciones contextuales y tecnologicas, actividades de mediacion epistemologica de la clase de fisica, condiciones personales-contextuales, respuestas afectivas al estres y motivacion intrinseca a la clase de fisica), que interpretan el 63,393 % de la varianza. EnglishThis document describes the adaptation, validation, and application of the ASI Academic Stress Inventory directed to engineering students who study physics. The initial inventory takes two categories: the first considers Activities or Situations that Generate Stress ASGS, the second refers to the Responses to Stress RS. The adaptation incorporated, a priori, a third category referred to Activities of Epistemological Origin AEO, proper to the teaching of physics. The methodology is based on reliability indicators and uses exploratory analysis through the principal components method. The results show an IEA with 28 items with a global of 0.924, a for the ASGS category of 0.838, for RS 0.908 and AEO of 0.777. The exploratory analysis indicates the existence of six variables (physiological response to stress, contextual and technological conditions, epistemological mediation activities of the physics class, personal - contextual conditions, effective responses to stress and intrinsic motivation to physics class) that interpret 63.393% of the variance.
