This paper wants to contribute positively to the countless research created around the historical moment that Colombia is going through: the post-agreement and the construction of peace from the communities and its territory. The object of study of this investigation was the process of reinstatement of FARC-EP's ex-combatants, punctually located in the Territorial Training and Reincorporation Space located in Pondores, La Guajira. Sembrando en el desierto: Pondores, territorio de paz is a journalistic documentary that seeks to expose how the ex-combatants of FARC are living the process of reincorporation to civil life, and how in that same way ,they have shown their willingness to contribute to the construction of a peace society. The story constructed from 8 different voices allows us to understand that we cannot turn back, that in a country where the war fractured so much from our social relationships, all sectors of society are called to defend and enforce compliance with the peace agreements. So that we can build a better country, free of stigmatization and full of humanity.
