Segun Villasenor (2013), las organizaciones no pueden controlar 100% a sus empleados, pero si pueden tomar medidas que reduzcan los problemas en sus comportamientos laborales. La investigacion fue de tipo descriptiva, con un diseno de campo no experimental, se muestrearon a 98 docentes de la institucion antes mencionada. El instrumento fue un cuestionario con base en 8 preguntas cerradas y de seleccion. Analizado los resultados se concluye que los docentes no asisten a sus labores por incapacidad temporal y legal. EnglishThe main objective was to describe the teachers' work behavior at the Universidad Nacional Experimental Sur del Lago. According to Villasenor (2013), organizations can not control 100% of their employees, but they can take measures that reduce problems in their work behaviors. The research was descriptive, with a nonexperimental field design, 98 teachers from the institution were sampled. The instrument was a questionnaire based on 8 closed and selection questions. Analyzed the results, it is concluded that teachers are absent from their work due to temporary and legal incapacity.
