Incidencia de los modelos del sistema de responsabilidad penal para adolescentes (SRPA) en el desarrollo integral del adolescente del centro Forjar Suba, zona norte, desde la Gerencia Social.
In Colombia, the Adolescent Criminal Responsibility System (SRPA, in Spanish) is a set of rules, procedures, specialized justice and administrative entities which intervene in the investigation and prosecution of felonies committed by persons between fourteen (14) and eighteen (18) years old throughout a Restorative or Retributive Justice models, privileging the best interest of the child, whose purpose is to compensate the social damage caused by being in conflict with the Law. Given the above, the present Integrative Project (IP) aims to describe the incidence of the models of the SRPA in the adolescent characterizing and evaluating said models and their current public policies, proposing guidelines that provide improvements for an optimum and whole development of the adolescent linked to the SRPA.
