In the context of peace negotiations between the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC-EP) and the Colombian Government, the Center for Research and Popular Education / Program for Peace (CINEP / PPP) published a series of reports on human rights and political violence between the years 2012-2016. Understanding that the contribution of the method of the Theology of Action consists in capturing the continuous action of God in history through human actions, we propose for the present work the following research question: What are the theological readings that can be made from the human rights reports in Colombia published by the CINEP / PPP during 2012-2016? In the perceptive phase of this method, we are going to narrate some cases published by the CINEP I PPP (2012-2016) insofar as they are the place of God's revelation. In the critical-analytical phase we will focus on the general context in which the events take place, as well as the justification discourses on human rights from the theology of Ignacio Ellacuria and Franz Hinkelammert. Finally, in the prospective phase a theological proposal is made that seeks to respond to the problems of the victims in dialogue with the contributions of the social sciences.
