The objective of this research was to characterize the management components to establish the redirection of knowledge in the organizational structure. The proposal is of refl ective nature supported by theories of knowledge as legal theory, economic, administrative, accounting, mathematical, and effectiveness or value of the company. The reeducative process is linked to the development of managerial skills in decision making, in order to enhance opportunities in each organization. The subject responds to a qualitative research, not experimental with a reliable sample population, data were processed statistically. The investigation confi rmed the need to strengthen reeducational scenarios in different higher education programs based on international and organizational needs and the interaction of human and technological resources.
